Topic Abstract: Raytheon Six Sigma: Changing a Culture/Business the way it ought to be

So exactly what is the difference between Six Sigma and RAYTHEON Six Sigma? Do I need to know? Why should I care? What tools can I immediately use in my work? Will I actually enjoy what I'm doing? Will I get a bigger raise after using these tools? The answers may surprise you!

Raytheon Six Sigma is an integrated toolbox that focuses not only on lean, Just-In-Time, quality, Kaizan, Kanban, and statistical process measures, but it also focuses on activities that reshape a company's culture into a positive, focused, goals-driven organization.

WHY SHOULD YOU ATTEND? We can all improve the way we do business. Come catch a glimpse of what Raytheon is doing differently these days and see if you might find some solutions to your "burning platforms".

THIS WILL BE HANDS-ON. Expect to be involved! Team activities...You're going to be entertained, educated, and enlightened. If you're hoping for a quiet, relaxing evening filled with an hour of Powerpoint slides and a lone speaker, expect to be disappointed.

"Changing a culture is like moving a cemetery. You can do the job, but you won't get much help from the residents."
