Topic Abstract: The annual Software Engineering Institute (SEI)-sponsored

SEPG 2002 Conference took place in Phoenix in February 2002. At the

conference, some beneficial insights were provided on current and future

software process initiatives. The following Tucson SPIN members who

attended the conference will provide their insights on some of the most

significant initiatives as follows:

- Kurt: CMMI and PSP/TSP (Personal SW Process / Team SW Process)

- Hank: "Behavioral" Aspects of Performance-Based Appraisal and

"Capture/Recapture" Methodologies

Presenters: Kurt is a Senior Principal Software Engineer in the Raytheon

Missile Systems Software Engineering Center in Tucson, Arizona. Cindy has

significant software development experience in the areas of test software,

SQE and software process. Hank is currently the SCM Manager at Misys.
